its been a long time.....

since i last wrote. cross season went well. there is still one more race tomorrow but i'm not going because of all the snow out there. so me and gage are going snow boarding and doing some other fun stuff. so peace out and see ya later

it has been a long time since i last wrote. since then i have been racing cyclo cross. it is very fun and i am currently in 3rd place behind nate and Ian Haupt. i did one race two years ago and hated cross but now i absolutly love it. im not sure if im going to the one this weekend but im gonna try.....i have a b-day party for one of my friends. we'll see

cross

i have never really liked cross before this year and now i love it. at my first one of the year me nate and another kid were all off the front and nate got first i got third. second race me and nate broke away and he got first i got second. besides that i have just been riding no other races. no basketball this year either. it interupted biking.

single speed

today was probibly the most fun mountain biking i've had in a long time. me and gage were both out there on our single speeds and it was a blast. i love how smooth and easy going it was. i can't wait to get out there again but i have a flat so it won't be this week. im probibly racing cross this weekend too so we'll see.

sheyboygan

well after a horrible first race in sport i think i'm a little more used to it now that the seasons over....great. but i was in second until half way through the first lap and then nate had a little crash and i passed him and never saw him again due to another crash where he got pretty banged up, but he still finished to find it was just a bruise on his ribs. i held my lead until half way through my last lap when i bonked and myles caught me. i rode with him for a mile or two and then he took off and i was left to finish up about a minute and eleven seconds off his time. so not to bad

long time no post

its been a long time scince i last posted anything and i still don't have a lot to write about. the race sunday was my first ever sport race and i kinda sucked it up. my start was awsome, i was right on nate and was for about a mile and a half but then he stared dropping me once we hit the hills. after that i just kept going back. i saw miles once more and couldn't bridge the gap so i was about a minute back when. POP! there goes my tire. the race was over for me. we didn't ride that week due to gage not having a road bike(thanks to jeremeys cross bike)and the trails a pets being muddy. then this weekend we went out to the saturday cross stuff. we watched nate dominate coming in first in both the events and jeremey trying to get first. me and gage spent the day going up and down the hill to take pics and stuff. so my dad is gonna build me up a single speed and i'm gonna pre-ride with it at sheboygan. its just an old steel frame we had laying around so that will be fun. can't wait to race sheboygan. peace

tuesday i went out to pets with gage and then when we were out there we caught up to jerry, jeremey, and matt. after we caught them we did another hour and a half. the trails out at pets are really starting to shape up now. everything out there is smooth and there is not very much overgrowth or mosquitos. yeah!!!

i have just been completly off since school started. i haven't been riding as much and i really want to but im always so tired from school. but hopefully i'll be good after these first couple of weeks. but on another point....right now i'm planning on racing sport at sheyboygan because i know that course really well. i probibly wont but im also considering racing at iola......we'll see.

i haven't ridden in like forever. and its makin me mad. yesterday i was dead from school and today we thought it would rain so we didn't go. i want to ride.

today a bunch of people went down to palos and we all did some pretty hard riding for us juniors anyway. me and nate were always up in the front of our group and gage was usually right with us except for once and a while in the single track. it was really fun but by the end me and nate were dead tired.


i crashed on the first set of single track. i was following nate into a turn and i barley tapped the brakes and i went down. i was all good though.

saturdays race

on saturday i had about the worst race of the season. but gage did absolutley spectacular and ended up with a well deserved first in state and third overall.i ended up fifth after trying to go off with the two michigan kids. right at the start one of the michigan kids took off and it was up to me and his friend to chase. we caught right away and we were off.i accidentally let one of them get away and then the other one jumped me and he got back up. when gage finally caught up to me i road with him and one other until a few laps later when he made his move on the top of the hill. i had nothing so i didn't even try to go with him. i eventually caught the other kid and we rode together until the end and on the last lap two kids we were lapping got in my way but not his and he got away right before the finish.

track

this day of track sucked. some new kid came and i wasn't watching him and he took off and i was all boxed in so i just had to sit in and take second. in the second race even though chazz missed the entire first round and the registration had been closed for like an hour they still let him race. so i sucked at tempos anyway so i went all out for the first sprint, didn't get it, and dropped off the back.

tuesday

today me and gage went out for a nice little secret crit course ride. we thought out our plan for this weekend and one of the three plans we have is bound to work. as for me this weekend i plan on going as hard as i can for every single hill climb point. im so gunna win the climber thingy.

saturday

headed up early to the WORS race and right when i got there, i had only been up for like thirty minutes, i went for a pre-ride lap with nate and jay. the course was really fun which was all about to change. right when we got done with our lap it started to rain and it never stopped. i race at five and it started raining at 10. by the time it was my race it was all mud. which was all in my favor. i rocked it and got a first so i was happy. nate also ended up with a first and that two in a row for both of us.

me and gage and samuel just went ridin around downtown. it was pretty fun. then i slept over at gages and we watched the ring.

tuesday

in the morning i went to my grandmas to say good by to my aunt and uncle who live out in seattle. we just barely got back in time to eat get ready and then ride. me and gage went out to pets and sanders. after the ride it was all rest until track. in track i got a second and a first. in consolation some dude almost took me out so i had to basically stop so that i didn't get taken out. so i ended up being down two laps. but it was fun.

im writing about it a little late but yesterday was the wors race at crystal ridge. at the beginning it was looking good as i was on the kid who would usually beat me but and i stayed right with him my entire first lap. he got away from me on the big finishing hill and when i saw him going slow through the mud i chased him down hard. i went flying up to the kid who was in first place. he was going really slow in the mud so i caught up to him fast and went right by him. i never saw him again and so i finished first without a lot of difficulty. my brother taylor raced and was actually doing pretty good until he broke his derailuer hanger.

saturday

today me my dad and my brother all went out for the pre-ride at crystal ridge. the only bad thing is that they keep us citizen racers out of all the fun stuff. and either that course is really short or i just think it is after the 14 mile 24/9 course. race tomarrow and then my sisters party. schould be fun.

friday

wasn't planning on doing anything today but i ended going out on a road ride by myself just over at pets. it was a nice 20 mph ride. it was super windy so that slowed me down in some places but besides that it was fun to be back on the road bike after like 2 weeks.

thursday

today was another mountain bike ride wit jeremey gage and jerry. it was pretty fun besides the incredible hottness. i was sweating sooo bad after yesterdays ride. but it was good preperation for this weekend up at crystal ridge. i think i'm ready to pull out a nice hard ride there.

tuesday

today was track and a ride at pets with gage. we did just an hour or so of riding but that was good since i just got done with 24/9 and had track at night. i did six races at track. i did juniors, a big juniors race, fours, and consolation. in the juniors points race i was 2 laps down. then in the juniors danish(win and out) i got third but that was all i was trying to get. i just sat third places wheel and then when it was our turn to sprint i jumped him and got the third. in the fours danish i knew i wasn't going to do very well so i just let what happened happen. in the fours tempo i was dropped fairly early. in the juniors tempo i got second with 4 points even though i would have gotten third because chazz had five but he pulled out early. in consulation i was 2 laps down with a huge field.

saturday+sunday=24/9

today was the start of 24-9. myles started for us and ended up with a 1:15. it was a good starter lap. nate was next and ended up with a 1:12. theo went out after him and ended with a 1:13. i was next and i put out a 1:15. it was a good first round. the next round we continued to put out good lap times. the night laps were when it got bad. i had a late start but still put out a good 1:26. theo's lights ran out and he had to ride in with someone slow. nate and myles each had good laps. by morining we were sitting in at a comfortable 2nd place and we weren't going anywhere so we cruised our last laps except for nate who after we had figured out a plan that could have gotten us a win hammered his last lap but the sharks(1st place) were smart and got an extra lap in ahead of us. all in all it was a very good first time. and we walked away with a ton of shwag. i got a KILT! and a saddle, and some gatorade, and some hammer gel. it was really fun.

friday

today jeremey came up so we did a nice slow lap with him. it was just a lite cruise to keep the legs moving. gage crashed and got a chainring in his leg. he's all good though

today we drove up to 24-9 and did one lap were i crashed in an uphill turn. it was actually a pretty good crash. we were expecting to go out for a night lap but it poored so we stayed at the hotel and swam.

today was a race in the morning then a night ride up at crystal ridge with nate jay theo and russell. the race was pretty fun but very hard. even though it was only a 4 mile race we made it hard. on the third lap about nate tried an attack which didn't work but got darrel kholi(michigan)off the front. nothing happened until the sprint when i totally got chazzand ended up second with gage 6th and nate 7th. in the night ride, my first, i had alot of fun after watching the crystal ridge endurance race.

thursday

well my plan for this week has gone good so far. except today when me and gage were supposed to go mountain biking we had to go road riding which wasn't bad, except that it was probably 20 mph today which made riding very hard. so we just went to pets and did some laps and hills. we have our little sprints to stop ahead signs and today we made a new king of the mountain category. today i won the king of the mountain category with a shocking 7 hill win. the one that gage won i was walking up because i didn't feel like doing it. but i totally could have kicked his butt up it. gage won the sprints today with a final out come 5 wins to 4 wins. i was leading with one sprint to go and the last sprint was a double and he totally kicked my butt on it. i'll get him next time.

wednesday

no wednesday time trial today but we went down to the dprt to get some good miles in down there. we ended up dong about 34 miles. it was fun and pretty fast for the first couple miles. tomarrow its probibly riding with gage and then on friday it will probibly be a night ride with jeremey and jerry.

weekend wors race

Saturday me and my dad headed up to the wors race and i did a pre-ride with Nate, jay, and Aaron which was just a slow cruise around the 11.8 mile loop or something like that. after words i was supposed to go down to the Brandt's house and stay the night there but Nate invited me to stay with his family at the hotel. so that night i was swimming in my shammy.

Sunday was the race. i ended up 2ND in age and 24th overall. which was not a bad finish. i almost had first at one point until i got stuck behind the slow people in the single track. and i almost got dropped by the kid who got 3rd but i stayed strong and held second. there were bunchsof crashes which was pretty sweet two of them right in front of me and none of them by me. the best onei heard of was kevin hitting the barded wire.

wednesday

today was a fun day. to start out my day i slept till' ten then woke up and got a call from gage and i went to the movie transformers with them which was the sweetest movie i've seen in a long time. after that they dropped me off at my house and then came back and we went out on a ride. we went to pets went up the hill once and then went met jerry then we went to sanders and did about a bizzilion laps before we rode him in the horrible winds.

tuesday-track

today at track wasn't the best time at track i didn't even win any money. in the first race i didn't have the right position and i got fourth and in the second race i got another fourth. the only time i did good was in consolation when i finished on the lead lap which was pretty good. but then right on the last lap on the back stretch jay sat up and a gap opened up from me to Nate and i couldn't close it by the time i came around jay and some beans and barley girl. so i finished Right on Nate's wheel.

saturday

today was the state crit championships, and once again i am the wisconsin state champ. I won the sprint yesterday by quite a bit. it was down to the last lap. we had about a 10 person group and the whole race it was attack after attack. One of the laps there was an attack and two counter attacks in one straight. But on the last lap sarah was leading it with evan on her wheel and me on his wheel. in the last strait i came around both of them to get the win. nate and gage rolled through in second and third in state/age/boys. after that i finally got my white hoods from matt brandt and gage and nate slept over at my house after swimming at my grandparents house. we stayed up late that night and watched the grudge and the grudge two. it was very fun.

tuesday

ride and track today. we went out into the county with Jerry and then once home it was time to get as much rest as possible before track. in track i got a second in my danish and a first in my mis n out. i only got lapped once in consolation so i figured that was pretty good.

monday

well today was fun i guess all i did was go urban mountain biking which was kinda fun.....oh yeah and i saw a huge barn/house fire. we went outside and saw smoke so we drove over there and saw it. we couldn't get very close but we got close enough to see flames. oh yeah and earlier me and andy saw a pretty bad car crash. fun day

today we went to the Elm grove crit put on by endeavor. the race was pretty boring even though there were a bunch of prems going out. i didn't get any of them but i think nate did. i just sat in and took a couple pulls. until the last two and a half laps. i went up the hill on the back side and held the lead until the end. i got 35 bucks and finally got back my bmx bike.

SATURDAY:today was the UW Whitewater crit. this was a very hard race for me because I walked around six flags for about 6 hours the day before. this race had a lot of stopping and starting with a scary fast decent. Sarah went down on the first lap at the bottom of the downhill where there was a very bumpy driveway. after that it was just caleb and peter on the front trying to pop us team mars people. when the last lap came nate took off at the perfect time and he won but when caleb went with him i didn't have the legs right away and chased to late and caleb beat me by about 1/3 of wheel. it was very close so i got third and gage ended up fourth in points and fifth overall

SUNDAY:today was the UW Whitewater road race. this was a pretty fun race because we had a big group and everyone was doing some work. half way through the first lap we caught the older age group that had started 5 minutes ahead of us. we sat on the back of that group for the rest of that lap then right after the finish line we passed them and then they passed us on the downhill just for us to pass them again about two miles up the road. after that we stayed ahead of them until the finish. with a mile to go until the finish i was boxed in and no one was moving anywhere. up the final hill the kid from Michigan started the sprint and nate went with it right next to him. i had to go around caleb which i did and pass nate and Michigan kid which i did to get the win. I got the win with nate in third(winning the podium)and gage right after nate. i got a sweet lance armstrong poster for winning.

thursday

today I went on a short fairly easy ride with my sister over to pets then did a couple laps then came back. then later I went out with gage and we went to pets for hillclimbs then out to sanders for a couple of laps then back to pets for somemore hillclimbs.

wednesday

today we went up to crystal ridge to do the Wednesday night race. me and nate were just cruising with us having the three day race weekend(at least for him)for me it was only a two race weekend. we did three laps and i caught nate towards the end of the second lap and we just cruised the next lap then we waited for jeremey and gage to ride the last lap with them. nate just barely ended up beating me by 8 seconds.

tuesday

today was track in the night ride in the day. for the ride me and gage tried to go ride at pets while jeremey did a road ride due to a bad shoulder. it was soaked out at pets from yesterdays rain. so we did one little really hard loop a couple of times then road back to my house. at about 6 we headed out for the track. i raced my age race and constalation(not sure on spelling). i didn't do so good in the age races i got 2 thirds to sarah and chazz. but in constalation(spelling) i finished in the field on the lead lap. so i was very happy about that.

monday

today me my sister and andy went for a pretty easy cruise around kenosha. it was really windy out and i hammered for like the last two miles just going all out. after the ride we went over to andys and eventually ended up in the pool. and then rained so we got out so that we didn't get struck by lightning.

weekend

SATURDAY:today was the giro de grafton in grafton. it was a pretty fun race even though it was smoking hot outside. i got the pace of the race going right off the line because i was the first one cliped in. after that me and gage just sat on and made caleb and peter pull. there were a couple of prem sprints and i got one of them. it was tickets to a blues festival which we gave to kevin and amy. on the finishing strait peter was pulling and i came around him and won with gage right on my wheel. i won 75 dollars!

SUNDAY:today was the fon du lac crit. after getting lost on the way there, it rained on us during our race. it was an easy ride because we were going slow because of the slick turns. one kid ended up going down. but it was nothing bad. i ended up winning some sweet 70 dollar sub woofer headphones!

thursday

today we went on just a little cuise around kenosha, but from the beginning i knew it wasn't going to be good. when jeremey and gage first got to my house jeremey didn't have his gloves or his helmet. so we started riding towards there house to get his helmet. after he had gotten his helmet and we were back on the road it was over to the velodrome for us. we did quite a few laps over there. gage was still trying to get used to the track a little bit. after that we headed out on the little paved path thats by the velodrome going south. we got up to that rode and took it toward the lake. just as we were getting going down that way gage flated so jeremey gave gage his front wheel then as jeremey was riding away to go get picked up i got a flat so he gave me his rear wheel. so jeremey got picked up from where we were and me and gage headed out and did a little ride down by the lake.

wednesday

today we went up to crystal ridge for the wednesday night race. I did pretty good on the first lap and then i was riding smoothly with a fast group when i went down. i lost my water bottle but didn't know it. when i went to reach for it right after i got up and it wasn't there i had to go back and get it so i lost that group and started cramping so i slowed way down. i was still the first junior even though there were only 3 of us.

spring prarie road race

today was the state championship road race. i got first gage got second and nate got third in age and fourth overall. we started with a neutral mile up to the top of the hill which was really easy. every one who wasn't going to be with us was off the back right away. after our group was all together the first person off the back was because of a flat. the climb after he got a flat i tried fly the coup and i almost got off but i died and couldn't get up the hill as hard as i wanted to and got caught. that same lap nate tried to fo on an attack on the down hills but couldn't so then i tried to continue it but coundn't and then gage tried and couldn't so we gave up for that round. on that hill we just sat up and sat a wheel. nothing happened the second lap until the final sprint when evan was leading it out with nat on his wheel and me on his wheel and gage on my wheel. right away at the very bottom i went and ended up making it. i felt really strong so i just went. nate and evan were ahead of gage but died at the top and gage passed them. nate just didn't have it in him to kick it with gage so he ended up fourth with gage in second.

today we went riding out at pets and i didn't feel good.

tuesday

tuesday was a wierd day. during school i was expecting bmx after school but then it got rained out so i had my first and probibly last track night of the year. before any racing though me, jeremey, and gage went for a quick road ride. at track i got a third in my first race which was a 3 lap sprint. in the second race, a snowball, i got sixth. i raced like crap. so i was all mad when my mom went to get me mcdonalds. when she got back it was 2 races away from my race. i ate fast and then had no time to warm up plus i had a new gear on that i wasn't ready for. i got lapped like 3 or 4 times. it wasn't my day.

pets

origanally we were going to go out to palos but then that didn't work so we were going to go to crystal ridge then it rained so we stayed in town and went to pets. we rode there from my house and then rode PETS for a while. it was super hard after yesterday but i felt pretty good. after the ride we rode back to my house.

big hills

today me, gage, and jeremey went out to the state road race coarse to do some hill sprints on the big hill. we ended up doing 4 hard hard ones one pretty hard one and one warm-up one. after that we rode around the area on a couple of roads that jeremey knew about. even those roads out there were pretty hard. i was feeling great the whole time though. overall it was a good ride.

it has been a long time since i last wrote about anything. any way the first ride i did since i last wrote was out at the state road race coarse with like the entire team mars squad. we parked at a school about 15 minutes by bike away from the actual coarse. most people rode 3 laps but me and gage only did 2. then we rode back and everyone but gage did the lyons loop. on monday we did a 2 and 1/2 hour pets ride(mtb). today was wednesday and we just went out to pets again. me and gage just went pretty easy and jeremey, jerry, and one of there friends were out there going fast. tomorrow we are going out to do hill sprint at the road race coarse. see ya!

yeah!

today was a pretty good day. when i got home from school(no homework) i went out for a mtb ride with jeremey and gage. after that i came home and went out and went mtbing with my neighbor andy. i crashed twice. when i got back it rained and we played soccer in the rain. I GOT SOAKED!

not my day

today sucked. First i was supposed to go out to lyons with jeremey and gage but the jeremey got sick so we didn't go. so after school i went out for a ride with my friend andy. we got about 7 miles out and i got a flat. i just think i wasn't supposed to ride today.

RACING

sorry i wrote about the race so late but i ended up getting third in my age group and sixteenth overall. although i feard several people say they say the winner get out of the driver side of his car. just kidding. today Gage, Jeremey, and me went down to the lake for a pretty hard ride. my legs were dead today. i could hardly turn the peadle. i do not know what was going on. anyway after the ride i came home and ate then went out to the velodrome to watch some track racing.

baraboo

well first up today was the baraboo road race number 2. it had a hill in it that was 2 1/2 miles long. we had the whole mars squad there today so we were on the front doing the tempo for mosst of the race trying to get nate a win. on the big climb we popped of all the people that were main contenders. the hill was hard because me and gage were on the front pushing hard. we were able to get nate the win after a lead out from me and gage. jeremey and my dad were following us in the scion. we really need race radios. after that race it was off to pre-riding..... after TACO BELL of course. to be honest i didn't really like the coarse. it may have been since i was tired but the single track in it was slow for me because of all the twisting and turning. and the climbs were killer! im still racing tomarrow though so i'll see how i do

mountain biking

Today gage, jeremey, jerry, and me went out to pets for a mountain bike ride. the trails were pretty clean even though it just poored. we went for about two hours and were pushing the pace pretty hard. it was all in preparation for the two mile hill at the road race. it looks like were going to have a full mars squad there too.

rain day

today sucked. i wasn't fellin good inschool so i cam home and sat around just about all day. then my tuesday ride got canceled because of the rain. i did get a very very short ride in but it wasn't anything. so me and gage are going out to do some riding tomarrow. and thursday most likely. this weekend were going out to the baraboo road race and the second mountain bike race of the year at lake geneva. hopefully tomarrows better.peace

oh boy

yesterday was the muskegoo park crit. only me and gage were there this time. we did alright without nate there. i got second and gage got third. nothing much happened all race until the sprint. when it came down to the last lap chazz took off with about 200 m to go i tried to go with him but i couldn't hold his pace on the flats. it came down to the final hill and i was catching him but he just had to much of a gap and i couldn't catch him. so i go tsecond. gage just barely got around evan for third but it was a good sprint. later that day me gage my dad my mom and my sister went out to the DPR for a nice ride. we ended up putting in about a 33 mile ride. well today is mothers day so happy mothers day. i might ride to my grandmas house to spend the day. bye

sorry its been a while since i wrote last. anyway wednesday me and gage went out from an easy ride out to the lake through downtown and then back with my neighbor andy. on thursday we went mountain biking. the mountain biking was pretty hard seeing as i had just ran the mile in school. i ran the mile in 6 minutes and 20 seconds which was tied for the fastest time in my class. today is friday and tomarrow is the muskego park crit. im positive it will be me and gage but nate im not sure about.

wors kick off

this weekend was the first wors race of the season. before i went to the wors race i had a wca race in baraboo. in the road race i got second in a pretty boring race with only 6 kids, only 3 with us. gage got third. after that we went and pre rode and then went to the hotel. the next morning we got up and watched maddies race were she did pretty good. in my race i got first in my age group and 5th overall. nate got fifth in his first sport race. today, monday, me and my neighbor andy went out and did some mountain biking at pets. the season is officially here

lyons

today me gage and jeremy went out to lyons to do a loop out there. it was a sweet loop with some monster hills. i was definately hurting by the end. tomarrow we are going to just go out and do some easy riding tomarrow. This weekend we are going to go up to my dads place in madison before the baraboo road race and then after that up to pre-ride the iola course. after that were going up to some hotel up by the iola race. cant wait.(thats me just up the road....attack!)

road ride

Today me, jeremy, and gage all went out for a little county loop. it was a fairly easy ride with an occasional sprint which got the legs pumping. tomarrow were heading out to lyons to do some climbing then on thursday just an easy ride in town. cant ride the mountain bike yet cuz my dads re-building it after i went mudding with kaity and sarah. this weekend we have the baraboo road race and yes its finally here.....iola....not sure on spelling. cant wait to race citizen though!

kenosha crit

today was the kenosha crit at the kenosha industrial park. it was a pretty good race for the mars junior squad. I got third nate got fourth and gage wasn't feelin to good came in at tenth. the mars squad just sat on and let other teams pull again. there were several attacks by other teams but mars was there to cover them. besides the attacks here and there it was a slow easy going race. when it got down to the last lap is when this race got interesting. As we were going through the final turn i had got pushed to the very back of our small little group. As i went to sprint up through the group nate and another kid from team multi-sport were mixing it up. as i went to pass them they bumped and the kid from team multi-sportbumped sending him into me. that was just as i was about to try to go around aaron harison for second. it messed up my race but no one went down so that was good. After the race me, kaity, and sarah went for a mountain bike ride out at pets. It was still pretty muddy but we didn't care. we ended up getting lost since this was one of the first times out there this year. we ended up seeing the trail across the river and went for it. my first river crossing ever!

whitnall

Today was another awsome race by the MARS junior squad. At the start of the race nate had some difficulty clipping in and was forced to catch back up. After he caught up the entire junior squad sat in and just let the other riders to pull. Not much happened after that until i sprinted thinking it was the last lap. I thought it was the last lap so i sprinted and then put my hands up to find out i had three to go. i was able to get backin and end up in a nice second place with gage taking another gold on the year and nate cuising in for fifth.

today

today was just an easy ride. just a quick out to pets did a couple hill climbs then came back. not really pushing it just out there to get the legs pumping for the race tomarrow at whitnall park. should be a good one.GO TEAM MARS!!

rain rain go away

today was just an easy ride. it was raining here in kenosha and gage wanted to get use to riding in the rain incase it was rainy on saturday for the race at whitnal park. any way we just span around my neighborhood for a little while.the rain was clod so it was really short. but it was good we got the rain riding experience before the race just in case. its also looking like were gonna get all three of our team MARS juniors out there for saturday so we should be placing high. thats all gotta go eat some pancakes. bye

good ride

today me and gage went out and did a pretty decent ride. we started from my house and went out to parkside to do a few laps. after that we headed out for pets to do some hill climbs. we did about 4 or 5 of those before heading out to the super seceret team MARS crit course. we did some laps there and were still feelin good so we rode to my grandparents house in Racine. overall a 30 mile ride. just training for whitnall this weekend! plus i got some more of my pics from sunday.

new blog

YEA!! i finally got a blog. anyway just yesterday we were at brown deer park where me and gage got the one two finish(gage first, me second) after a beautiful block by nate. It was on the last lap and nate told me to go. i went with gage right on my wheel. as we were coming up to the finish gage took over and got it. nate rolled in for a nice 5th in age group and eigth overall. today we were in madison for the second time this year, but this time it was super boring scince there was only 7 people. me and gage once again got the one two finish. we were off the front caleb brow from IScorp. me and gage had some fun with him. we continuously attacked and counter attacked making him chase each one. eventually we got off and held for me first gage second. unfortunately nate couldn't make it today. i also raced the citizen 5's with my trustworthy photo man gage taking some sweet pics. anyway i fell off the back of the main group on the second lap but hopped back in after being lapped and then got dropped after an acceleration from the group.(pic is from last week when i took first and gage and nate got dropped)
